Yes, our artists can create for you 2 or more pets on the same canvas. For example, for 2 pets in one Pawtrait you can choose 2 any costumes in our gallery and we will make one Royal Pawtrait with 2 pets. Or you can choose multi-pet costume in our gallery.
Please follow our guidelines to ensure the perfect portrait.
1. LIGHTING: The best photos are taken in well lit or natural light settings. Ensure the whole face & neck is visible and not in shadows. Try to avoid bad lighting.
2. POSE: Take your pet photo at eye level with your pet. Make sure your pet's entire head is in picture (no ears are out of frame). It works best if your pet is looking directly at the camera or looking away from the camera.
3. QUALITY: Make sure that your photos are in high resolution and not blurry. Close up photos work best so we can see their unique facial features.
4. COLOR: Use color photos to place an order. Make sure that your pet’s coloring is not distorted in the photos.
We have a team of incredibly talented artists and designers to create your own Royal Pet Pawtrait. Our artists using unique brushes, special techniques and professional effects, that create effect of oil painting. We also use favorite toys of your pets in our Pawtraits. Then we print finished Pawtrait on high quality premium canvas in RGB colors. So it looks like real oil canvas but better because it does not require special storage conditions.
Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placing your order. If 2 hours have passed, the modification will be granted at our discretion. If accepted, you will be subject to a $20 cancellation fee. The reason for this is that our artists begin work as soon as you have placed your order.
If the collar is looks bad on the portrait according to our artists, then we reserve the opportunity to remove the collar. If this is really important for you, please let us know when placing an order and our artist will not adjust your pet’s collar.
We cannot offer returns because of customized nature of art products we produce. Your artwork is your personal and unique product with your pet.
Please contact us if you unhappy with your art product or have any problems with it. Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we always try our best to make you completely satisfied and happy with the result.
If you received the wrong product, or incorrect size, or incorrect print, or your product was damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and attach photos of the product received. Then we will issue you a replacement.
